My New Adventure

"The cure for anything is salt water - sweat, tears, or the sea."

And so it is.

The beginning of a new chapter, and one that I don't want to miss a moment of.

Sea life.

The name of our new beach house: SALT WATER KURE

My adventure.

A journey that has one ultimate destination. The Ocean.

A life that has one ultimate purpose. True Love.

A soul that has one ultimate goal. Pure Happiness.

My Family.

We Struggle with Cystic Fibrosis, but never can imagine the fight my son will have.

We Strive for Greatness, every day presents a chance that should not be missed.

We Live to Breathe the salt air, bask in the sun, and worship the tides.

We Love with goodness in our hearts and truth on our lips.

It's official. My family and I are now permanent residents of a little barrier island on the south end of coastal North Carolina. Appropriately called "Kure Beach on Pleasure Island". You can say that again. I'm pretty sure it's a sign. Literally :-) The snake bit me, if it was a bat, it would have hit me in the head, Dude....DUDE!....Ok, Ok, Ok.  I get it.  Time to move, move on, and move East.  We worked really hard for 4 years to get here.  With a lot of planning, even more hope, and a sprinkle of luck...we are now living the dream, and appreciating every easy breath <3

There are so many of you who Love Sage, follow every lung infection, bump, bruise, and play date....and Love Ellie with every TaeKwonDo belt, competition trophy, Girl Scout badge, and sleepover party.....Life is going by so fast, and I don't want to miss a THING,

Ta-Da! Blog inception and creation <3

I will post for every infection, broken bone, clinic trip, lab outcome, belt ranking, tournament, camping adventure, and most all the good stuff life throws our way. So enjoy this little slice of life from my world.....
